Teeth Whitening

We regularly receive questions from our teen patients asking about teeth whitening so we’re pleased to announce that a reputable whitening system is now available for purchase in our office. With this system, the whitening gel is dispensed in pre-filled disposable trays that are typically worn for up to an hour a day for 5-10 days, making the process simple and convenient. The trays can even fit over orthodontic brackets and Invisalign attachments.

Note that your teen must have all their permanent teeth to be considered a candidate for whitening.

For those patients not quite ready for whitening gels but who are still interested in a pop of brightness, we also offer whitening toothpaste with fluoride. The hydrated silica in this toothpaste removes surface staining resulting in teeth that are one to two shades lighter in about two weeks.
